The 1936-1981 oil tank mounting bracket is the period-correct casting for securing the oil tank to Big Twin frames from 1936 through 1981. Investment cast to exact original dimensions, it covers the complete pre-unit and early Shovelhead production range. Cast components carry the original casting numbers as used by Harley-Davidson in period production – a detail we consider essential for any restoration that aims to be truly period-correct.
