Standard hardtail frames
We supply the standard frames of the eleven different Harley Davidson models from 1936 to 1957, Knucklehead and Panhead. They are constructed from seamless thick wall tubing. The castings we use bear the authentic numbering and can be welded without loss of ductility, strength and stiffness.
As good as new
If your frame is damaged and you want to keep your bike as original as possible then restoration is a good choice. We replace parts that are no longer usable and make your frame look as good as new. We can straighten and repair all Harley Davidson frames from 1936 to 1957 according to original specs using parts that have the original markings.
As original as they come
Our parts are manufactured using a unique procedure where even the authentic numbering is present. They are poured using the investment casting method ('lost wax' or 'precision casting'). This casting process is high-tech, environmentally friendly, reliable and guarantees our parts are exactly like the originals.
