Harley-Davidson Frame Restorations
At VG Classic Frames & Parts, our passion goes beyond supplying high-quality replica frames and parts. From time to time, we also take on complete restoration projects — bringing period-correct Knucklehead and Panhead machines back to the condition they deserve.
A proper restoration is more than cleaning and repainting. It means understanding how these motorcycles were originally built, sourcing or fabricating the right components, and having the patience to do the work correctly — even when that means starting over.
Coming soon: We are currently preparing a detailed restoration feature for this page. It will include a full before-and-after photo series and a behind-the-scenes account of how we approach a restoration from first inspection to finished frame. Check back soon.
